The study and systematization of resources of a comprehensive school in the prevention of destructive behavior of adolescents are conducted. The author proposes the concept of preventive activities of the school, revealing the conditions of its effectiveness, and identifies the resources - the scientific and methodological, organizational and pedagogical, managerial, informational, diagnostic, etc., that can be updated in the process of performing the preventive functions by the school teaching staff.
