Травматические вывихи грудино-ключичного соединения регистрируются меньше чем в 3 % случаев всех травматических вывихов, однако высоки риски осложнений инструментальной фиксации, приводящие к инвалидности пациентов. Авторами статьи проведен исторический поиск различных вариантов фиксации на основании анатомических особенностей поврежденного сегмента. Полученные данные изложены в хронологическом порядке. В статье кратко описаны различные методы фиксации с указанием авторов и изложением клинических результатов.
