In the system of secondary vocational education (SPE), teachers and masters of industrial training are the mainstay in the process of training future qualified personnel. It is teachers who have a significant impact on the development of young professionals, providing them with the necessary competencies to successfully adapt to the realities of the modern labor market. Today, vocational education teachers, working in multitasking mode, not only transfer knowledge and experience, but also constantly improve their skills, update their knowledge in the professional field, monitor the latest trends in their field, adapt to the changing requirements of educational standards. In addition, vocational education teachers should not only transfer knowledge and experience, but also motivate, interest, and engage students in the profession, not only interact effectively with the subjects of the educational process themselves, but also teach communication to their students, form not only professional qualities, but also personal competencies of future graduates. All this leads to a huge workload, constant stress, professional burnout and, as a result, reduced productivity. In this regard, psychological support for vocational education teachers is beginning to play a special role, which becomes necessary because it helps to cope with emotional stress, develop self-regulation skills, effectively build communication with students and colleagues, and find resources to restore and maintain their strength. In turn, reducing stress levels and preventing professional burnout allows vocational education teachers to remain involved in their work, maintain interest in the profession, effectively transfer knowledge and experience to students, and, as a result, improve the quality of education in general.
