Results of studying of cultural characteristics of mesenchymal stromal cells of bone marrow of donors

The purpose of the article isassessment of the cultural characteristics ofdonor bone marrow mesenchymal stromalcells. Were shown that cultures belong tomesenchymal stromal cells according to thecriteria of the International Society for CellularTherapy. The following cell culture parameterswere determined: morphological signs of plastic-adherent cells and their colonies, the degree ofexpression of basic immunological markers, timefor reaching of a confluent monolayer by theprimary seeding cells and subsequent passages,time of cell doubling. The characteristic of thegrowth dynamics of the obtained cell cultures isdescribed.
