Результаты оценки нейрокогнитивных нарушений у женщин с функциональной гиперпролактинемией с помощью шкалы MMSE и монреальской когнитивной шкалы (MoCA)

Актуальность. Мини-обследование психического состояния (MMSE) и Монреальская когнитивная оценка (MoCA) являются наиболее часто используемыми методами выявления когнитивных нарушений как в клинической, так и в исследовательской областях . Вместе с тем, у пациенток с ГПРЛ такие исследования выполнялись в единичных работах. Методология раскрытия проблемы исследования. Были обследованы 60 пациенток фертильного возраста с синдромом функциональной гиперпролактинемии (ГПРЛ), которые наблюдались в РСНПМЦЭ за период 2021-2022 гг. Возраст больных колебался от 25-до 45 лет и в среднем составил 34±6,5лет. Результаты исследования. Достоверные тенденции увеличения распространенности ЛКН наблюдались наряду с возрастающими значениями пролактина как по данным MMSE, так и MoCA.
