between value-based and meaningful life orientations, and levels of academic and professional motivation. The study uses psychodiagnostic tools, including Rokeach Values Survey, Leontiev's Meaningful Life Orientations (MLO) Test, and Rean and Yakunin's Academic Performance Motivation Test (modified by N. Ts. Badmaeva). Data analysis has revealed that a high level of life meaningfulness, well-formed per-sonal values, and a focus on self-development contribute to the growth of intrinsic professional motivation and a positive attitude toward one's chosen profession. It has been established that the value-meaning sphere is a significant factor in students' pro-fessional self-determination. The findings can be applied in the psychological support of students as well as in the development of programs aimed at fostering professional motivation and personal growth within the university educational environment.
