The report encompasses the principles which is working on management of human resources in the quality management systems on the ground of the requirements ISO 9001:2015 ― Quality Management Systems –Requirements‖ and of the principles and methods of Total Quality Management. There‘s summarized the development and changed of the points of view on the necessity of human resources‘ management in general and in the QMS‘standards.
