Role and importance of modular rating quality assessment of students' Knowledge

The moduar-rating quality assessment of students' knowledge can play a positive role in the realization of one of the major problems of the modernization of Russian education, that is the improvement of professional knowledge. This system is being widely spread in many educational institutions and is accepted as a basic educational activity.
