The role of corporate culture in the forming of an effective university

This article considers a corporate culture specificity of the entrepreneurial university. Vladivostok State University of economics and service at the context of strategic planning process has formulated the goals and the mission of the university which determine the main ways to develop the corporate culture. The University actively uses methods of "feedback" for the diagnostics of current situation and main problems, connected with the system of organizational values, moral and psychological climate in a work collective, etc. The students are also actively involved in the process of corporate culture growing.
