The analysis of long-term complications of Hodgkin's lymphoma chemo-radiation treatment in 297 children and adolescents. It is established that the pathogenesis of major complications (second cancers, damage the thyroid gland, heart, impaired growth of bones and muscles) developed as a result of radiationexposure to organs and tissues. The risk of complications increased with increasing the total dose. The conclusion on the need to reduce doses and the application of radiation therapy in Hodgkin's lymphoma by the inclusion of prognostic factors, improved methods of radiation therapy, the development of innovative treatments for Hodgkin's lymphoma.
