Роль лучевой терапии в развитии поздних осложнений у детей и подростков после химиолучевого лечения лимфомы Ходжкина

Проведен анализ отдаленных осложнений химиолучевого лечения лимфомы Ходжкина у 297 детей и подростков. Установлено, что патогенез основных осложнений (вторые злокачественные опухоли, повреждения щитовидной железы, клапанного аппарата сердца, нарушения роста костей и мышц) развивались в результате радиационного воздействия на органы и ткани. Риск осложнений возрастал с увеличением суммарных доз облучения. Делается вывод о необходимости уменьшения доз и сферы применения лучевой терапии при ЛХ за счет учета прогностических факторов, усовершенствования методик лучевой терапии, разработки принципиально новых методов лечения ЛХ.

The role of radiation therapy in the development of late complications in children and adolescents after chemoradiation treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma
The analysis of long-term complications of Hodgkin's lymphoma chemo-radiation treatment in 297 children and adolescents. It is established that the pathogenesis of major complications (second cancers, damage the thyroid gland, heart, impaired growth of bones and muscles) developed as a result of radiationexposure to organs and tissues. The risk of complications increased with increasing the total dose. The conclusion on the need to reduce doses and the application of radiation therapy in Hodgkin's lymphoma by the inclusion of prognostic factors, improved methods of radiation therapy, the development of innovative treatments for Hodgkin's lymphoma.
