The role of decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russia

This article presents the results of studying the reasons for the emergence of resolutions of the Plenum of the RF Armed Forces, their role and significance as auxiliary sources of Russian law. The article considers the formation of the legal significance of the decisions of the Plenum of the RF Armed Forces as a regulator of the domestic legal system, the significance of these explanations for generalizing and increasing the efficiency of both judicial and law enforcement practice in the whole of the domestic legal system.
