The role of intra-family relationship in forming the leadership qualities of a teenager

The article reflects the results of a conducted in 2021 survey of student volunteers and their parents on the topic “The influence of family on success in life”. The issues of intra-family influence on university students as a factor of their success in life are considered, the main factors of success in life, according to students and their parents, the concepts of success in the youth generations Y and Z. The assessment of the importance of intra - family relations and the influence of parents on the choice of life path by university students is also presented.
