Main points and content of traditions as sociocultural phenomenon are analyzed. The examples of different traditions, submitting the fund of corporate values and defining the uniqueness and unity of the collective linking pedagogic heritage and private experience are examined; the meaning of traditions in forming corporate culture educational community is divulged.
