The Russian model of consumer behavior in the fast moving consumer goods market

The article presents a description of an original model of consumer behavior that incorporates elements of national psychology, factors influencing the formation of customer values across different age groups, and conclusions regarding the Western type of universal consumer models. The authors draw conclusions about the shifting significance of personal consumption and the development of corresponding models within both collective and individual forms of organizing personal consumption.
