The Russian education in the critical period of the world history: the targets and values

The article deals with the substantiation that it is necessary to educate the personality with the postmaterialist motivation who is ready to create in the conditions of the social and cultural transit in Russia. To conserve the country as the global center of the power the native system of education is required to focus on the formation of the subject with the dualistic system of the values that motivates an individual to the union of the personal interest with the general aims of the ethnocultural community.
