Educational program manager as a key subject of quality control of its design and implementation in university

The article deals with the tendencies of the changes in the sphere of higher education and new requirements to the quality of design and implementation of the basic professional educational programs in university. There is substantiated the necessity of the universities’ transfer to the quality control of the design and implementation of the educational programs. There are characterized the image and role of the key subject of such management - educational program manager.
