The article analyses the concept, purpose and structure of the electronic information and educational environment ofthe university. The authors consider the principles of the priority development of the organizational and technological components of the electronic information and educational environment, as well as the possibility ofimplementing these principles through the creation ofa social educational network and instrumental platforms functioning on its basis. The features of ensuring technological priority are described through the creation ofa constructor website of educational documentation as an instrumental resource of a social educational network.
