Self-Actualization Characteristics, Life Values and Subjective Well-Being of Management Employees in Industrial Construction: Age Aspect

The article examines the personal potential of active industrial construction management professionals, which can be considered a factor in their subjective well-being and longevity. An overview of domestic scientific sources of an interdisciplinary nature is presented, which determines the relevance of the problem. The aim of the work was to identify self-actualization characteristics, personal qualities, life values and subjective well-being of management employees in the industrial construction of youthful, early mature, mature ages. It was suggested that the relationships of these psychological constructs among employees of different ages differ, which can characterize both their personal characteristics and the specifics of the management of professionals of these age groups. The research methods are a self-actualization test, a questionnaire for diagnosing the personal characteristics of a professional, a morphological test of life values, a methodology for diagnosing the subjective well-being of a person, and a level of subjective control. The r-Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationships of the study scales. The results of the study showed that employees of different age groups have specific relationships, which indicates a high degree of differentiation between the psychological and professional characteristics of employees.
