Semiosphere and value approach in discourse of "culture versus freedom"

The author notes that there are a large number of approaches to the study of the phenomenon of culture and speaks of the need to find a basis for resolution of the dispute about the relationship of culture and human freedom. The author suggests that we should take into account the interpretation of the reflection in the culture consequences of man's freedom and laws that affect a person's attitude towards freedom and prospects for its use in the context of the surrounding culture. The author comes to the conclusion that only a concept of semiosphere and the concept of value approach, which state a axiosphere integrity while taking into account the existential method could contribute to solving the problem of “culture versus freedom”.
