Network educational programs of geodetic engineer personal resources development

The effectiveness of a geodetic engineer professional activity depends on the development of his professionally significant personal resources: qualification, personality traits and health. The initial level of each employee is different and, in the course of professional activities, all resources are being consumed and developed (progressive and regressive changes). This leads to the necessity to organize the recreation and development of personal resources needed for a geodetic engineer professional activity where the resources of different organizations (educational, sportive, medical, recreational, leisure, etc.) can be used. To use these resources in one program the online form of educational programs of additional professional education is suited. The implementation of network programs involves the following steps: to choose the interested organization, to select the right resources and organizations having those resources, to distribute the power and resources of all participating organizations, to describe them in the contracts, to develop and implement the program of additional professional education aimed at the development of professionally significant personal resources of geodetic engineers. The article is the basis for the development of professional development program for geodetic engineers.
