The synergetic approach to building a teaching team as an educational entity

The phenomenon of a collective entity in educational institutions through the lens of a synergetic approach is considered. It reveals the essence of a collective entity as a holistic, self-organizing system of educators united by a common goal, values, and shared responsibility for educational outcomes. It demonstrates how a collective moves from the simple summation of individual efforts to the emergence of a qualitatively new level of interaction characterized by flexibility, sustainability, innovation, and increased efficiency. The barriers to the development of such a subject are presented, and the innovative methods and technologies, encouraging its development, are proposed.
