Synergetic approach - a condition for improving the quality of education of students athletes

This article presents a study on the relationship of concentration and success in educa- tional activities in conditions of combined physical and mental stress and the implementation of a synergistic approach, used to improve the quality of the educational process among students of the University of Physical Education.Objective: to study the impact of a synergistic approach on the quality of education of first and third year students with different concentration of attention in the context of combined mental and physical loads. The results of the proofreading test - the Toulouse-Pieron test - formed the basis for the differentiation of students according to the criteria of attention properties. Psychophysiological research was conducted in the 2017 - 2018 school year. The study involved 144 first-year students of Ural State University of Physical Education with different accuracy of the Toulouse-Pieron test: high accuracy - 50,70% (52,87% of girls and 47,36% of boys); good accuracy - 28,47% (32,18% girls and 22,81%% boys); average accuracy - 12,50% (11,49% girls and 14,04% boys); weak accuracy - 8,33% (3,46% of girl and 15,79% of boys). The positive dynamics of the success of educational activities of first and third year students was confirmed on the basis of the Student’s statistical criterion and was the result of the synergistic effect obtained from the interaction of various activities and the inclusion of protective (adaptation) mechanisms.
