Tutoship system: genesis and organization culture types, functions and experiences in secondary vocational education

Theoretical bases of tutorship are analyzed. Evolution history and tutorship system are viewed historically. It is noted that tutor is a key element of educational environment in the vocational training today and tutorship acquires new functions where it is necessary use socialization and professional adaptation to teach a new social medium member self organization of work in the conditions of fast change in the leading equipment and technologies and, hence, life-time self education. Experience of a vocational educational organization in creating a tutorship system within a regional dual education project is described. A classification of tutorship functions in the new economic conditions is presented
