Intangible incentive system as a means of stiffening professional self-realization by preschool educational organization teachers

The article examines the problem of actualization the need for self-realization by teachers through intangible incentive systems in a preschool educational organization. It reveals the psychological mechanisms for managing this process by the head in order to increase the level of productivity of professional self-realization of individual specialists and the efficiency of pedagogical process at the educational organization as a whole. The results of the experiment to test the author's program of the system of intangible incentives for employees. It is noted that its implementation increases the internal motivation of teachers to work with preschoolers, which has a positive impact on the level of their professional self-realization. As effective means of intangible incentives for teachers are called: psychological and pedagogical training, group consultations, business games and master classes; organizational and methodological support of work at reporting events (open classes, contests, etc.); analysis and discussion of individual forms of activities of preschool staff; urgent counseling. The materials proposed by the authors can be useful to managers and methodologists of preschool educational organizations to create effective conditions for improving the level of professional self-realization of teaching staff.
