The article highlights the provisions of the Stanislavsky System, which are key to understanding its relevance and practical value for modern theatre. Special emphasis is placed on outdoor and introduced by Stanislavsky in theatrical practice, the concept of "most most important task". Stressing that the actor and Director Stanislavsky brought its system work from practical experience, from his artistic needs solving acting and directing specific tasks, the author comes to the conclusion that taking the Stanislavsky system as a model, each actor has, as a result of their practical experience, to build a system. The author's conclusions based on decades of his work at the Moscow Art theatre, Stanislavsky created.
