Volunteer program management system as a part of an international sports event

The organization of the work of volunteers requires knowledge of the specifics of volunteer management, and the status of the international sport event brings its own nuances and difficulties. The article discusses about the approaches and stages of the implementation of the volunteer program of an international sports event on the example of the FIFA-2018 World Cup, which allow to identify parts of an effective management system.
