System analysis of scientific-educational process in a national research university

The appropriateness of analyzing the main scientific-educational process in a national research university is caused by studying mostly educational process by Pedagogics of a higher school. The system analysis of scientific-educational process is carried out. Morphological analysis makes it possible to reveal the elements of a scientific-educational process which are identical in their components (target, content, process, valuation and correctional) to the process as a system. The base for projecting the elements is the models of competence groups. The core of the content component of the element is scientific-educational assignments. The types of the assignments correspond to the competence groups and cause the choice of methods and organizational forms of scientific-educational process. As a result of a structural analysis the composition of scientific-educational process is revealed. It includes the following structures: of competences being mastered, of intersubject connections, of the levels of mastering educational programs, of the relations with social partners. The functional analysis shows keeping the functions of an educational process with its content which is typical for scientific-educational process. The genetic analysis reveals the mechanism of scientific-educational process development as a result of the target component correction. The results of the research may be used in correction of a scientific-educational process in a national research university.
