The system approach to water treatment technology for food production

The article is devoted to the use of a systematic methodology in solving the problems of food production. The possibility of a system approach to study the problem on ensuring the quality of water in the manufacturing process of soft drinks are considered. The reasons of supply soft drinks industry enterprises with water of non-standard quality are analyzed, the list of uncertainties and risks is presented, and measures to prevent them are provided.
