The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence and specificity of the components of the pedaagogical model of the formation of socio cultural activity of a person in modern cultural institutions. The leading methodological and pedagogical principles that are important for the process of formation and fomation of this personality quality are highlighted and characterized. The choice of such objective indicators detailing the pedagogical model as the technique of implementation, organicity, mobility, and context of application is justified. The structure of the elements forming the core of the pedagogical model is determined: personal meaning, dynamism, emotional state of the subject, variables of socio cultural activity. The specificity of the pedagogical model is shown by the example of the results of an analytical review of the mutual determinacy of its direct functions. The article identifies scientific and theoretical directions that are important for further research of the components of the pedagogical model of the formation of socio cultural activity of a personality.
