Mass media as the main resource of information support in optimization of international relations

The article deals with the role of mass media as the most important social institution. The mass media is especially crucial as a tool of implementation of the state national policy in Russia, because the socio-political activities in the country are characterized by the heightened politicization in cases of strained ethnic disagreements.
