Personality semantic dispositions as the basis of the strategy of actions in a conflict situation

The article discusses the results of the study of semantic attitudes to oneself, to others, to the world, fixed in the structure of personality in the form of semantic dispositions and involved in the not-situational regulation of activity in a conflict case. The correlation analysis allowed revealing statistically significant relationships between the personality semantic dispositions and strategies of actions in a conflict situation, including antagonism, concession, avoidance, compromise and cooperation, which can be considered as subjective factors of psychological readiness for positive or negative forms of interaction in a conflict situation or refusing to cooperate.
