The relationship of the locus of control with the strategies of personal behavior in conflict

In this article, the author reveals the role and significance of the locus of control when choosing preferred strategies of behavior in conflict. Based on the conducted research, a conclusion is made about the relationship between the locus of control and the strategies of personality behavior in a conflict situation. The author reveals and describes in detail the relationship between externality and compromise, as well as interality and compromise as the preferred strategy of behavior in conflict.
