Sosial infrastructure in educational sphere throughout all life

The authors underline that the human capital is developed throughout all life. It predetermines necessity of transformations of a social infrastructure in educational sphere. The authors estimate a level of development of an educational infrastructure of Russian regions basing on the own indicators system. Problems, features and directions of the further development of an infrastructure of continuous education are pointed out.
