Social responsibility as the foundation of personal behaviour

The article examines the issue of social responsibility in a modern society characterized by increasing number of situations where people have no other control measures except their conscience. The researchers underline that only personal responsibility is the foundation of inner motivation and personal behavior. The article provides the structure, the content and experimental basis of the method of developing students' social responsibility at higher learning institutions.
