The article analyzes pedagogical activity in the context of social and philosophical anthropology, updates the pedagogical component of social and economic processes. The category of “human capital” is considered both at the level of student and teacher. The paper reviews the inequality in access to quality education and secondary employment of teachers in the aspect of stratification processes. Both features contradict the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard aimed at the comprehensive creative personal development of a student and innovation activity of a teacher. Inequality in access to education explains the stratification of social system at the level of primary school education. Secondary employment of teachers leads to professional burnout, on the one hand, and profanation instead of innovative thinking, on the other hand. The authors propose to study the process of socialization from the viewpoint of a multilevel approach: the sociocultural environment shaping values and motives of behavior of its subjects; the multi-functionality of the personality of a teacher who forms learning environment at school by means of pedagogical technologies; the personality of a student who is under the focused influence of agents of socialization and has the socializing impact on agents of socialization as well.
