Актуальность исследования выражается в огромной роли ТНК в развитии национальной экономики. Проблема данной темы исследования охарактеризована экономическим неравенством в различных регионах РФ и негативными свойствами ТНК. Основным методом выбран анализ научной литературы, которую можно поделить на две группы. Научная литература в первой группе, в основном, отражает влияние ТНК на экономику различных стран. Научная литература во второй группе описывает основные практические показатели инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности зарубежных организаций в экономике РФ. Цель исследования - выявить социальную и инновационную роль ТНК в национальной экономике зарубежных государств. Для достижения цели были поставлены задачи: описать инновационную деятельность ТНК, охарактеризовать положительные и отрицательные свойства ТНК, проанализировать экономические показатели ПИИ и организаций, связанных с инновационной деятельностью. В работе преимущественно используются методы анализа результатов. Результаты работы - были рассмотрены и оценены основные показатели ПИИ и инноваций в РФ. Вывод исследования - из-за своих характеристик ТНК может стать инструментом развития региона, в связи с этим государству необходимо поддерживать инновационную деятельность ТНК в регионах.

Social differences in the consequences of TNC innovation
The relevance of the study is expressed in the enormous role of TNCs in the development of the national economy. The problem of this research topic is characterized by economic inequality in various regions of the Russian Federation and the negative properties of TNCs. The main method chosen is the analysis of scientific literature, which can be divided into two groups. Scientific literature in the first group mainly reflects the role of TNCs on the economies of various countries. Scientific literature in the second group describes the main practical indicators of innovation and investment activities of foreign organizations in the Russian economy. The purpose of the study is to identify the social and innovative role of TNCs in the national economies of foreign countries. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: to describe the innovative activities of TNCs, to characterize the positive and negative properties of TNCs, to analyze the economic indicators of FDI and organizations related to innovation activities. The work mainly uses methods for analyzing the results. Results of the work - the main indicators of FDI and innovation in the Russian Federation were reviewed and assessed. The conclusion of the study is that, due to its characteristics, TNCs can become an instrument for the development of the region; therefore, the state needs to support the innovative activities of TNCs in the regions.
