Social and personal aspect in specialized training of high school students

The study reveals the content of universal educational actions generated by specialized school students (social and personal, regulatory, cognitive, communicative units). The paper substantiates the priority role of the social and personal component of specialized training from the perspective of social and person-centered approach to education. In this regard, the author proposes a set of criteria and indicators for assessing the universal educational actions: maturity of the personality’s active engagement, value-based attitudes to the results of activity and interest in advanced classes. Each criterion is described according to three levels. In general, it allows one to individualize the educational path of high school students in specialized training. Besides, recommendations for using the developed tests and questionnaires are provided. The research summarizes the requirements for the monitoring activities in the specialized school and describes where the research results can be applied.
