Social and professional competence of the members of the Ministry of the Interior as the factor of the national safety of Russia and the conditions of its development

The article deals with the theme of the increasing role of the police ensuring the national security in the period of the social and geopolitical complexities, the negative social transformations that are determined by the pandemic COVID-19. There is substantiated the urgent necessity of the social partnership, the civil dialogue and the public support of the actions of the police officers aimed at keeping the peace.
