This article discusses the interaction between employees of the correctional system (hereinafter - MIS) with the prisoners, psychological research on materials employees penal colony and convicts. Identified the dominant constituents of the phenomenon of “interaction” in the professional staff performance MIS. The characteristics of the interaction of four dullness hierarchy (status-role positions) sentenced to correctional officers. The study shows the decisive influence of status-role position, in which the convicted person is in prison on the nature of the interaction with the staff of the administration.
