Socio-psychological characteristics fire service team

Fire protection is not just a profession, it is a way of life, a vocation in which our firefighters and rescuers realize their knowledge and skills every day. In this study, the method of individual psychological conversation with the personnel of the operational unit was used. Content analysis has shown that in order to improve the climate in the service team, it is necessary to develop strategies to improve internal communication, support from manage-ment, prevent and resolve conflicts, increase motivation and reduce stress.
