Socio-psychological aspects of decision-making strategies within group interaction

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the formation of socio-psychological decision-making strategies. A detailed analysis of the concept of group interaction is carried out. The issues of the application of socio-psychological decision-making strategies in groups are considered. The conditions under which socio-psychological decision-making strategies within a group will be effective, taking into account the socio-dynamic processes of formation and development of intra-group relations, depending on the situation that has arisen, are considered, and this is the specificity of the socio-psychological approach to studying the problems of group interaction. The results of a socio-psychological study conducted to identify the need for the formation of effective socio-psychological decision-making strategies in the dynamics of group interactions are described.
