Социально-психологические предикаты суицидального поведения и эффективность арттерапевтического воздействия у больных шизофренией

Шизофрения различается по степени тяжести и разнообразию симптомов, встречается независимо от культуры, сословного класса или расы. В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты проблемы эмоционального выражения при шизофрении, особенности суицидального риска как одна из причин смерти при данном заболевании и практически обосновывается эффективность арттерапевтического воздействия. В результатах исследования авторы приводят статистически достоверные показатели благоприятного воздействия арттерапии на психическое состояние пациентов шизофренического спектра, в частности на снижение уровня суицидальных реакций, депрессии и тревожности. Авторы отмечают, что арттерапия не является заменой фармакотерапии, однако данное терапевтическое направление повышает чувство контроля как за собственным внутренним миром, так и за происходящими внешними событиями, что является важнейшим аспектом в этиопатогенетическом звене расстройств шизофренического спектра.

Social-psychological predicates of suicidal behavior and efficiency of art-therapeutic intervention in patients with schizophrenia
Schizophrenia varies according to severity level and symptoms, is found irrespective of culture, class or race. In the article theoretical aspects of the problem of emotional expression in schizophrenia, features of suicide risk as one of causes of death in this given disease are considered and efficiency of art-therapeutic intervention is practically proved. In results of research authors present statistically reliable indices of favorable influence of art therapy on mental state of patients of schizophrenia spectrum, in particular on decrease in level of suicidal reactions, depression and anxiousness. Authors notice that art therapy is not a pharmacotherapy substitution, however, this therapeutic direction raises feeling of control both over own private world, and over occurring external events that is the major aspect in the etiopathogenetic link of schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
