Social partnership as a means of artistic and aesthetic development of preschool students

The study deals with the relevant cooperation of a preschool educational organization with social partners. The ideas of social partnership have been traced throughout the history of sciences. The research presents the category of artistic and aesthetic development interpreted by Russian scientists. The author assumes that the cooperation between a preschool educational organization and cultural institutions, libraries, supplementary educational institutions facilitates the artistic and aesthetic development of preschool students. This cooperation can be divided into preliminary, implementation and final stages. The collaboration between a preschool educational organization and cultural institutions is enshrined in official documents that define the development aspects of Russian educational and cultural fields (the Law on Education of the Russian Federation, the Arts Education Concept of the Russian Federation, the Federal Target Program on Culture and Russia (2012-2018)). It is concluded that the cooperation of a preschool educational organization with various organization leads to the professional advancement of educators, the effective and open educational process. The research argues that the attendance of preschool students at various events results in their spiritual, intellectual and harmonious development.
