Social partnership of educational institutions as a condition for the formation of professional competence among bachelors of education

The level of regional development depends on the quality of the qualified personnel training which includes the field of education. Social partnership as a way of harmonizing social interests allows one to organize the interaction process and create the environment for the professional competence formation among future teachers. The article reveals the relationship between the subject and the results of social partnership of educational institutions and the stages in the formation of professional competence among Bachelors of Education.
