Social well-being in the assessment of professional adaptation of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the complex mechanism of social regulation and social technology in the system of professional adaptation of employees of internal affairs bodies, which is relevant for the sociology of management. The purpose of the study is to justify the author's options for assessing and revaluing the results of activities in terms of personal development, social well-being of police officers. Tasks - sociological analysis of management decisions in a complex of situations of legal, cultural, morally oriented communication between citizens and professional groups. When solving the problem, it is shown that social adaptation to professional activities is included in the complex of conditions for success in assessing social well-being. The study of institutional grounds for professional adaptation of employees of internal affairs bodies was carried out by methods of theoretical knowledge (analysis and synthesis, systematic method and approach). The results of sociological research make it possible to determine the orientation of motives for social and professional adaptation of ATS employees by signs of status, role and general cultural cognitive activity. The conclusions are drawn to the need for a sociological study of the system of value motivation of police officers in professional activities and its positive argument. In the sociology of management, social well-being and professional adaptation of police officers is analyzed by priorities for assessing and reassessing the effectiveness of management interactions.
