Social technologies in the management of schoolshooting prevention and evaluation of their effectiveness

The article is devoted to the study of social technologies in the management of schoolshooting prevention and assessment of their effectiveness in educational organizations. The article indicates that schoolshooting is one of the most acute and tragic problems of modern education, causing enormous damage to the educational community, as well as having a profound negative impact on the entire educational process. The paper examines various approaches to the classification of social technologies, including information and communication technologies, data analysis technologies, technologies of engagement and mobilization, technologies of social relations management, technologies of social support and assistance. The author analyzes successful cases of the use of social technologies in the prevention of schoolshooting in educational organizations. At the same time, the author points out a number of problematic aspects of the use of social technologies, such as the loss of student confidentiality, discrimination and distrust on the part of students, data abuse, lack of transparency and the use of social technologies for other purposes. To increase the effectiveness of social technologies in the prevention of schoolshooting, the article suggests involving all stakeholders in the development and implementation, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of personal data of students, as well as regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the measures applied. In general, the integrated use of social technologies, in combination with other measures, can significantly increase the effectiveness of the prevention of schoolshooting in educational institutions.
