Social intellect as a resource of competitiveness of highly skilled athletes

The author suggests to implement social intellect development training in the training process of highly skilled athletes in connection with the increasing requirements to physical and psychological training of athletes to competitions. The approbation of the training confirms its benefit in increasing social and communicative competence of athletes and also their tolerance to uncertainty and resistance to stress.
