Social capital in the management system of a paramilitary organization

The article deals with social capital in the control system of a paramilitary organization. The experience of domestic and foreign studies of social capital, the features of its study in paramilitary organizations are analyzed. The data of applied sociological research are given, characterizing both the presence and the use of elements of social capital at the macro, meso and micro levels of management in a paramilitary organization. The most informative research method for identifying the elements of social capital at the macro level of management is the content analysis of official documents. Questioning of fighters of a paramilitary organization was used to study the components of social capital at the micro level of management. To identify and study the correlation of elements of social capital at the mesolevel of management, interviews were conducted with unit commanders. According to the results obtained, stress vectors are indicated at the mesolevel of control in the system of relations «commander-fighter» and «fighter-commander».
