Socio-cultural environment of training and education of variety singers of China in Russian educational organizations

The article examines art management technologies as the formation of a sociocultural environment for teaching pop vocals to Chinese students. Based on the research conducted by the authors of the article, the specifics of the performing activity of a pop singer are revealed, taking into account effective ways and techniques for organizing the process of teaching pop vocals. The authors propose a way to organize the professional activities of students from China in joint work on an art project. The stimulating effect of this method on the development of professionally important qualities in the implementation of a wide range of project activities is noted the production of various show programs, concerts, festivals, competitions, author's evenings, production of audio and video products. The conclusions state the effectiveness of developing the professional qualities of future pop vocalists in the conditions of a sociocultural environment and organized perception of works of art in conjunction with practical experience; outlines the effectiveness of art management technologies used taking into account the individual characteristics of students, involvement in the educational process of mastering the national and cultural traditions of China.
